Unprotected knees during exercise can easily cause injury. This knee brace is made with a double patella strap, the top one holding the kneecap in place to prevent slippage and the bottom one supporting the patella to relieve pressure on the knee. To reduce the pressure on the knee joint during exercise, it is padded with EVA for a better fit and fixation.
